We design and create special pieces inspired by you, art, pop culture and our celebrity collaborators. We appreciate your thoughts and voice and would love to listen and embed your views into our building our brand and products. Send us an email or message on social media we would love to stay in touch. Please email us if there are any challenges with your order, we are here to help you resolve them.
The Nikita Karizma Promise: If, for whatever reason, you don't absolutely love your order, simply return it, and we'll refund your order. Please return the garment to us within 30 days of receiving the garment for a refund. When posting back garments to us from abroad, please mark the customs form as value ‘$0 returns’ as we aren’t making a purchase from you. We advise returns to be sent back with tracking. We will need to successfully receive the garments back to our office in order to issue you a full refund. If a garment is lost in the post on the way back to us and it was sent without tracking we cannot issue you a refund. We do not cover your shipping costs back to us. We are happy to accept a return or exchange any garment that is new, unworn and still fitted with the Nikita Karizma tags that you received. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds tend to take a week to process once we have the garment back in our studio.
