If, for whatever reason, you don't absolutely love your KARIZMA order, simply return it, and we'll refund every penny that you initially paid for the order (or send a replacement, if there is a problem).  We refund the product and the initial shipping cost.  (for special 1-3 day international shipping we refund £12 of the shipping cost) We do not cover the shipping cost back to us. Please make sure the returns form is filled so we know who to process the refund to.

We like to make sure our customers are satisfied! Please return the garment to us within 30 days of receiving the garment for a refund. Please value the returns as £0 when returning back garments (as we have not purchased this from you) We will not reject returns if we need to pay customs on it.

We cannot refund garments that have been damaged or worn or accept returns after 30 days. Custom orders cannot be returned, if so we will let you know before buying.

Returned items that get lost in the mail are your responsibility. We will only refund the purchase once safely received back with us, we suggest you send the item back with tracked delivery so there are no issues with a swift refund! We take around a week to process the refund once it is back in our office.

Due to hygiene reasons, face and beauty products cannot be returned once opened. If the packet is damaged during postage please send us a photo for a refund.
