As daughters of immigrants, from a British-Indian heritage, we have re-connected with our roots in India to manufacture with local artisans & share the vibrance of colour & culture in the East to a global community. Protecting our dreams, we take strength in the sacrifices made by our ancestors for our generations future.
We take scraps from our studio to turn into tote bags for charity as part of our Zero-Waste project. Profits from sales are planted into trees for our 1 million mission with the Love Peace Harmony foundation. 200,000 trees have been planted to date across Madagascar, Mozambique, Kenya, Nepal, Indonesia, Haiti, Central America & Brazil. We donated 20,000 face masks during the pandemic to assist schools, homeless shelters, care homes & charities.
The studio supports the Sathira Dhammasathan in Bangkok, a bhuddist sanctuary run by 60 female nuns rehabilitating women from prisons & domestic suffering. In 2022 we started to support the Sakhi for Girls education, a charity supporting girls living in Mumbai slums with their academic & life skills to give them a higher chance of getting employed and making it out of poverty, led by local change maker Aditi Naik.
The only thing that makes sense through the chaos is to strike for greater collective enlightenment.
