SHIPPING
We like to dispatch as quickly as possible to our customers and aim to dispatch products within 1-2 business days. We use Royal Mail for regular deliveries, parcels need to be signed for, please use your work address if you are not home. If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a note of where you can collect your parcel. Please do not refuse a delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return delivery.
UK Delivery: All orders take approximately 2-3 working days.
European Delivery: 5-7 days without tracking for most items. Orders over £100 are sent with track and sign for delivery.
International Delivery: 7-10 days without tracking for most items plus any time customs hold the package. Orders over £100 are sent with tracked delivery.
Customs can sometimes hold packages a couple of days for international orders which we have no control over. The buyer covers all incoming taxes or customs duties on orders.

RETURNS
If, for whatever reason, you don't absolutely love your order, simply return it, and we'll refund your order. Please return the garment to us within 30 days of receiving the garment for a refund. When posting back garments to us from abroad, please mark the customs form as value ‘$0 returns’.
We advise returns to be sent back with tracking. We will need to successfully receive the garments back to our office in order to issue you a full refund. If a garment is lost in the post on the way back to us and it was sent without tracking we cannot issue you a refund. We do not cover your shipping costs back to us. We are happy to accept a return or exchange any garment that is new, unworn and still fitted with the Nikita Karizma tags that you received. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds tend to take a week to process once we have the garment back in our studio.
